WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU HAD REAL PROBLEMS?

This is going to be short. You people who call and complain about your merchandise that you ordered not coming in on time....... You call and literally scream and yell at the person on the phone that is trying to help you. You cuss, you scream....Do you know that we put you on hold and do nothing except maybe take a sip of our coffee and laugh at you? And say to our co-workers .."I have a screamer on the phone" and crack up about it.....and then later I wonder ...."what would you do if you had a real problem?" ....So please people when you are calling to inquire about something that you purchased...be nice...it will get you a lot further.....It is true .....You catch more flies with honey." Good night and make this moment great...it's all you have.
