Medication
Does medication fix crazy? I called the doctor because my dad is on yet another anti-depressent drug. The doctor told me that if he takes the meds, it will most likely fix the physical side of his depression. What I want it to do is fix the personality. That's not going to happen, so I will deal with it. I don't think it will help the paranoia of a 82 year old man who thinks people are out to get him. For example, a 90th birthday surprise for his sister turned into him having a nervous breakdown and getting a doctor's note saying that he was unable to travel to attend the party. So my relatives get a doctor's note written on a perscription pad stating that he cannot travel at this time. He often speaks of 40 years ago when my aunt gave a beer away that my mother had bought for someone else. I had to go get meds to keep from jumping out of a window.
