T-mobile and AT and T
AT&T T-Mobile. So the buy out is complete and there is already a change in the customer service. Here was my question for T-Mobile and AT and T. If I have a contract with T-Mobile, will I be bound by that contract until 2012. You can't speak to a person at AT&T, so I called the T-Mobile number, where people used to say, how is your day going? Sometimes, I would talk to someone at T-Mobile for 15 or 20 minutes, just shooting the poop. Today, no one could seem to answer me. One girl kept saying so I understand that you want to transfer to AT&T. One girl could not seem to hear me saying over and over again. I don't know what you mean by merger. Third phone call, girl kept saying, I can't hear you. Amazing. I find this very frustrating. Just for the heck of it, go to AT&T's website and try to contact them. You will find that you can't. Not by phone, not by email. What's up with that?
